At Lago Vista Family Dentistry, we understand that not everyone has dental insurance and are proud to provide 3 in-house savings plans. With each annual enrollment fee, members will receive all routine care as well as a 20% discount on additional procedures. With each plan you get great savings on high-quality dental care with no deductibles, annual maximums or waiting periods!
Adult Savings Plan $400
For patients with no history or presence of periodontal disease.
Periodontal Savings Plan $599
For patients with a history or presence of periodontal disease.
Child Savings Plan $280
For children age 12 and under.
Each plan includes the following services.
2 Annual Dental Exams
1 Emergency Exam (if needed)
Digital X-Rays (as necessary)
2 Routine Dental Cleanings
or
Up to 4 Periodontal Maintenance Visits
(based on providers recommendations)
Fluoride Treatment
20% Discount off Basic and Major Services

The savings plan is exclusively for services performed at Lago Vista Family Dentistry. It does not provide coverage for any products.
• There is a 30-day refund policy, if used. Non-refundable after 30 days.
• This is NOT insurance. CANNOT be combined with any insurance plans, promotions, discounts, or any other offer.
• Payments are due at scheduling.
• Excludes retail products, orthodontics and whitening.
• Non-transferable.
