With a simple annual enrollment fee, members receive all routine preventive care plus a 20% discount on additional procedures. Each plan provides exceptional savings on high‑quality dental care—with no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no waiting periods.
Adult Savings Plan $400
*For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
* As determined by your dentist.
Periodontal Savings Plan $599
*For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
* As determined by your dentist.
Child Savings Plan $280
*For children age 12 and under.
Each plan includes the following services.
2 Dental Exams
Digital X-Rays (as necessary)
2 Routine Dental Cleanings
or
Up to 4 Periodontal Maintenance Visits
(based on providers recommendations)
Fluoride Treatment

Terms of Service
The savings plan is exclusively for services performed at Lago Vista Family Dentistry.
It does not provide coverage for any products.
- There is a 30-day refund policy if used. Non-refundable after 30 days.
- This is NOT insurance. CANNOT be combined with any insurance plans, promotions, discounts, or any other offer.
- Payments are due at scheduling.
- Excludes retail products, orthodontics, and whitening.
- Non-transferable.
